Australian electro hip-hop duo Hermitude (El Gusto and Luke Dubs) will come to Prague for the first time. They will perform in Chapeau Rouge on Wednesday March 30th. Tickets for 295 CZK will be available via fource.cz, GoOut.cz and Ticketpro from February 17th at 10 am.
Hermitude was founded in Blue Mountains, Australia in 2000. They released debut album Alleys and Valleys three years later and became well known on Australian indie electronic scene. They were supporting Dizzee Rascal, RJD2 and other on their shows. First headline world tour came after releasing their second album Tales of the Drift in 2005. Experience gained during the tour made impact on next album called HyperParadise which succeded in mainstream charts as well as music awards. Latest album Dark Night Sweet Lights from 2015 was even more succesfull and brought big festival stages such as SXSV, Buku Festival or Governor’s Ball. Hermitude’s music shifted more towards mainstream but it still remains original and easy to recognize. Their trademarks are inovative work with vocal samples and ambient soundscapes floating under dance music rhytms.
Hermitude’s star is shining brighter and brighter. They will perform in Prague for the first time in Chapeau Rouge on March 30th.
