Two Japanese bands belonging to most interesting metal formations are bringing the music on in Prague during one evening, on one stage! Crossfaith, who presented last year an absolutely amazing show in Prague are eager to come back. This time, they’ll take together with them a band called Coldrain that you might have already seen in Czech Republic as a support act of Bullet For My Valentine.

Crossfaith came into being in 2006 in Osaka – and gained significant international awareness after signing with US label Tragic Hero Records. Their popularity blossomed especially due to their specific sound combining metalcore, hardcore and electronica. They had the luck to play with a whole range of interesting and famous bands, such as Hatebreed, Machine Head, Slayer, Bring Me The Horizon, Of Mice and Men or Asking Alexandria. After their Warped Tour through North America, they appeared at Reading and Leeds festival in the UK, where they are returning to this year again – to perform on the main stage next to such bands as Queens of the Stone Age, Paramore, Blink-182, Arctic Monkeys or Enter Shikari. Crossfaith shall also appear on the main stage of Download festival together with Linkin Park, Aerosmith or Avenged Sevenfold.

Coldrain who formed in 2007 in the city of Nagoya are also well-known faces. They’ve recorded three full-length albums, two more EPs and recently signed with Hopeless Records with which they will release a new album this year. Aside from the aforementioned tour with Bullet For My Valentine, Coldrain have been through many events, and are also on their way to Download festival this year. This year will see them at many huge festivals – Rock Am Ring, Rock Im Park or Beastfest.

Crossfaith and Coldrain are coming to Prague’s Chapeau Rouge on June 9. The capacity of the club is limited – so make sure you get your tickets in time – and get ready for a proper massacre!
