Fource Entertainment is the leading promoter of contemporary music and events in the in the Czech Republic. Producing over 100 events per year in clubs, theaters and arenas across a variety of genres we are a small but dynamic team with strong core values. Our Prague head office also oversees our activity in Slovakia and Poland.
We are looking for an analytical, organized and motivated individual with a demonstrable passion for music. You will be forward-thinking and able to work autonomously as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

We are on the lookout for our new office & ticketing manager.

Roles and responsibilities
• Manage ticketing processes, systems and inventory
• Generate and update ticketing reports
• Organise comp requests including data entry, sending confirmation emails & invites and coordinating responses where necessary
• Assisting the marketing team where appropriate i.e. co-ordinating on sale or launch events
• Cooperating with the finance department regarding sales & tax reports.
• Generating and receiving invoices for processing
• Generating reports for relevant tax authorities and PRS organizations
• Liaising between promoters and artist management with regards to tax issues
• Compiling and arranging tour announcements, ticket links and promotional artwork
• Attending shows and events when required outside of normal office hours
• Booking travel and accommodation as required
• Administrative tasks to support the Managing Director such as expense reports
• Managing resources and supplies for day to day office needs
• Any other reasonable duties as directed by management

• Previous experience in ticketing and an understanding of live events would be desirable
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office at an intermediate level or above
• Excellent literacy skills with a proven ability to communicate, both verbally and in writing, in both Czech and English
• Minimum two years relevant work experience

This role will report to the managing director of the company.
