London-based indie rock band is coming to play in Prague on Monday 21st April 2014. “A young but maturing real artist in the vein of Nick Cave and David Bowie”. That’s how the British music media describe thirty year-old Finn Andrews, the frontman of indie rock fiv-piece The Veils. They will play in Prague in April for the first time. The debut show takes place at La Loca MUSIC BAR & LOUNGE, Prague.

The Veils were founded at the very beginning of the new millenium, with their first album “The Runaway Found” released in 2004 by the independent publisher Rough Trade (to whom they are currently still signed with). The influential US music site Pitchfork stated in their review: “Mother England keeps birthing charismatic frontmen.”

The Veils are coming to Prague to promote their fourth studio album “Time Stays, We Go” released in the mid-2013, also on Rough Trade. The opening act is yet to be confirmed.

Tickets are available via Ticketpro. Doors open at 8 PM.
