Dublin’s Sprints have quickly become one of the most vital voices in post-punk, known for their raw intensity, sharp songwriting and fearless honesty. Following their acclaimed debut Letter to Self, the band return with All That Is Over — a record written on tour, in soundchecks and amidst constant change.

Produced by Daniel Fox of Gilla Band, the album is a cathartic release of pressure and emotion, shaped by breakups, burnout, political chaos and personal transformation. “The world just kept getting crazier. I was writing every day because there was so much to process,” says vocalist Karla Chubb.
