Sombr + Charlotte Lawrence

Sombr is one of the most talked-about new names in alternative pop. At just 19, the New York-born artist has landed on the Billboard charts and is racking up over a million daily streams on Spotify with his latest single Back to Friends. 

He started making music in a makeshift studio in his bedroom on the Lower East Side during lockdown. A student at the legendary LaGuardia High School, he taught himself production and poured his emotions into lo-fi indie-rock anthems. His breakout track Caroline became an online sensation, kicking off a run of EPs and singles that now draw over 7 million monthly listeners.

Known for blending raw honesty with addictive melodies, sombr’s music hits even harder live. After touring North America and joining Nessa Barrett across Europe, he’s gearing up for a new project coming summer 2025. “Music helps me navigate love and relationships,” he says. “It’s how I connect — and that’s the real privilege.”
