While live shows have resumed in Czechia, other European countries are still facing difficulties, which is why Metronomy have decided to reschedule their tour again. “This probably won’t come as much of a surprise. But, we have taken the difficult albeit sensible decision to delay our already postponed tour until next year. This way we can give you the best and safest live experience possible. Keep safe and see you next year, we honestly can’t wait!”

Metronomy will now perform 4th May 2021 at Roxy. All tickets remain valid, in case you cannot make it in May, you can claim your refund at point of purchase until the end of August 2020. We sincerely thank you for your understanding.

Metronomy, the Joe Mount-fronted electronic indie pop group, just released their sixth album Metronomy Forever inspired by time keeping tool metronome. Metronomy have been on music scene for 20 years and their new record toes the line between maturity and playfulness. “The metronome reference was but a musical in-joke before: now it contains more meaning. The steady tick-tocking of the pendulum represents continuation, stability, endlessness. It understands that while we all ultimately return to the goo from whence we came, time marches on furiously, like a bull aiming for a matador.
