Her first Czech concert in Palac Akropolis was quickly sold out. After a year, pop-soul Jessie Ware will come back to present her brand new album Tough Love. The fans can enjoy her velvet voice on the 9th of February 2015 in Lucerna Music Bar. Tickets presale will be launched on the 17th of October at 10 am through GoOut and Ticketpro.

Before launching her music career, Jessie worked as a trainee journalist at the newspaper. Afterwards, she was offered a place of a secondary vocalist at Jack Peñates band and they went on tour. Soon, she was discovered by electronic producer SBTRKT and together they recorded a single Nervous in 2010. A London native, who was 27-year-old at that time, was ready to release her first album. Two-year-old debut Devotion was enormously successful and it got nominations for Mercury Prize and Brit Awards. Overnight, Jessie became one of the greatest hopes of contemporary British music scene. She has been hailed as a latter-day Sade, her work drawing on R&B and electronica, while her voice has been compared to Adele or Florence Welch. Jessie’s second album Tough Love was released just yesterday, on the 13th of October. “It’s been an interesting year, I got engaged, I’ve had all these new experiences, ” she says. Tough Love, consisting of 11 tracks, is not only about singer’s happy time of life, she partly goes back to the original theme of unrequited love. “Not all the songs are necessarily about me,” she adds. Speaking about new album, Jessie was cooperating with such artists as producer duo BenZel, singers Ed Sheeran or Miguel and musicians Julio Bashmore or James Ford.
