Jehnny Beth

Jehnny Beth first came to prominence as the compelling frontwoman of Savages, the Mercury Prize–nominated post-punk band known for its live performances and stark lyricism. Her acclaimed solo debut To Love Is To Live (2020) expanded that vision—bold, cinematic, and emotionally charged. Since then, she has multiplied collaborations (Idles, Gorillaz, Sextile, Bobby Gillespie…) while simultaneously continuing her career in acting with standout performances in Audiard’s Paris, 13th District, and Triet’s Palme d’Or and Oscar-winning Anatomy of a Fall.

Reuniting in France with longtime creative partner Johnny Hostile—just off tour with Nick Cave & Warren Ellis—she began shaping the forthcoming, You Heartbreaker, You—a cathartic, radical album born of urgency, joy, and rebellion. With instinctive lyrics, fierce vocals, and Hostile’s uncompromising production, the record channels chaos into sonic liberation.
