LATEST UPDATE: CANCELLED

We’re sorry to inform you that the show of Vukovi originally planned for 17th May is cancelled. The tickets will be fully refunded at point of purchase.

“We are sorry to announce that by mutual agreement with our partners our May dates cannot go ahead due to the worsening situation with the global coronavirus pandemic. Touring is our LIFE and we would do anything to avoid this but we must put the safety of our fans, our crew and indeed ourselves first right now,” say Vukovi. “We have been holding on and waiting to see if things would improve but as this crisis spreads it seems there is no choice but to change the plans, we hope you understand.”

Last year, noise rock duo Vukovi opened for British Counterfeit in Prague. Now Janine Shilstone and Hamish Reilly returning back with bright new second album Fall Better: “I want our songs to let people know that they’re not alone in feeling crazy. I want them to feel less alone. I want to let people know that it’s okay to be weird,” vocalist Shilstone says.

Their audience had of course been seeded from the early days of the originally four-piece Glasgwegian band, 2010. Started for fun, their two early EP’s shaped a sound which truly came to life with their debut in 2017 and an early career defining tour with American alternative rock act PVRIS. Q magazine wrote about them: “Vukovi are equally as comfortable settling alight dancefloors as they are firing up the moshpit” and Clash magaizne added: “The bands powerful live show has built them a passionate cult audience.”
